1. Core Parameters
Rated pressure must meet the maximum test pressure requirements with a sufficient safety margin to prevent premature equipment failure due to prolonged full-load operation. Rated flow rate should be selected based on the volume of the pipeline under test — the larger the volume, the higher the flow rate required to ensure that filling and pressurization efficiency align with the construction schedule. When paired with a dedicated control cabinet, it enables real-time pressure monitoring and automatic pressure stabilization, reducing manual intervention while improving pressure control accuracy and ensuring reliable test data.
