Elephant Machinery can provide pumps that are fully interchangeable with the 415Q-5.
Volume flow based on 100% volume efficiency.Brake Horsepower/Kilowatts Required is based on 90% Mechanical Efficiency.
Operation below 100 RPM requires an auxiliary lubrication system.
The figure shows the standard plunger size. If you need a plunger of a different size, Elephant Machinery can customise it according to your requirements.
If you have specific flow and pressure requirements, please feel free to contact us. Elephant Machinery can customise pump sets for you.
When installing a 4.0-inch or larger plunger in the pump, a ball valve must be installed.
