Elephant Machinery Successfully Holds Factory Acceptance Ceremony for Crude Oil Transfer Pumps for Sudan National Petroleum Pipeline Company

Recently, our company had the honor of hosting representatives from the Sudan National Petroleum Pipeline Company and the Sudanese Ministry of Energy. Together, we conducted a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for two sets of CBW-2800 crude oil transfer pumps ordered by the client.

The equipment is driven by a high-performance Caterpillar diesel engine and is specifically designed for continuous operation in transferring high-paraffin heavy crude oil. Through stringent testing, all performance metrics met the design requirements, with a maximum transfer flow rate of 156.6 m³/h and a maximum working pressure of 18 MPa, fully demonstrating the product’s outstanding capabilities.

Under the joint supervision of both technical teams, all test items passed acceptance in a single attempt. Subsequently, representatives from both parties officially signed the equipment acceptance memorandum. According to the project schedule, the equipment is planned to be shipped to Sudan by the end of July 2025.
