This initiative aims to comprehensively enhance employees' quality awareness and professional skills. By analyzing and refining past design cases, it helps company staff gain a deeper understanding of core quality management principles. The training program featured a rich curriculum covering fundamental quality control methodologies, strategies for resolving common issues, and detailed interpretations of the latest industry standards. This ensured every employee could flexibly apply acquired knowledge in practical work scenarios. Additionally, the session featured a special presentation by the Technical General Manager, who shared invaluable experience in quality management. This initiative effectively ignited employees' enthusiasm for learning and significantly boosted their active participation.

Developing the good work habit of strictly following process procedures is the fundamental approach to eliminating quality issues such as skipped steps or incorrect machining. This directly determines the consistency and pass rate of machined products. By internalizing standard operating procedures into instinctive actions, we achieve a shift from “having to follow procedures” to “wanting to follow procedures.” This effectively reduces human errors and enhances the stability of the machining process. Guide employees to fully recognize the critical importance of their individual roles to overall quality. Through daily self-checks and mutual inspections of process execution, gradually cultivate a quality culture where “everyone values standards and everyone adheres to standards.”

By thoroughly analyzing typical problem cases encountered during assembly, employees gain a more intuitive understanding of the causes and impacts of quality issues. The training provides detailed explanations of assembly errors resulting from improper operation or negligence in actual production processes, using concrete data to illustrate how these problems harm product performance and customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, practical improvement measures are proposed for each case, such as optimizing assembly procedures and strengthening inspection mechanisms at critical junctures, to ensure similar issues do not recur.
