Elephant Machinery 2026 Rizhao Coastal Team Building Successfully Concluded

From June 19 to 20, 2026, all employees of Elephant Machinery traveled to Rizhao, Shandong, for a team-building event themed "Unite and Pressurize Across the Blue Waves — Craft Pumps with Precision for the Future." Taking a break from work, they enjoyed a memorable seaside retreat.

On the morning of the 19th, the team set off in the rain — their spirits undampened. Upon arrival in Rizhao, they took a boat to the scenic Star Island Peach Blossom Island, where they strolled along the beach and captured a group photo against the stunning coastal backdrop, officially kicking off a rejuvenating and energetic team-building retreat.

After the seaside leisure, the group headed to the Coastal National Forest Park. Amidst the natural surroundings, a beach tug-of-war kicked off. At the whistle, teams gripped the rope and pulled with all their might — each tug reflecting collective strength, while the cheering crowd brought the atmosphere to a peak.

The next morning, after breakfast, the team took part in the highlight activity — a fishing trip at sea. Aboard a professional fishing boat, cheers erupted as the net was hauled in, revealing a catch full of fish, shrimp, and crabs.

The Rizhao trip was not only a journey of relaxation but also a recharge of team cohesion.
